1ST INTERNATIONAL SHOWCASE OF SOCIAL IMPACT PROJECTS
The showcase is not related to the call for papers, it is an opportunity to present the social impact of academic research.
WHAT IS THE SHOWCASE?
An event that will take place alongside the ASAP Global Conference 2020, IV ASAP-Brazil and the 2nd International "Congress Social Inclusion, Public Policies and Governance to reduce inequalities"
The showcase aims to expose Research Projects that have impact on society, acting on social groups and changing reality. It is our goal to create an environment where practical experiences can be exchanged and discussed so academic research can be converted into improving people's lives.

Researchers interested in presenting at the 1st International Showcase of Social Impact Projects, must send the project summary (5 lines, approximately), indicating the name of the project, scope, main actions and other relevant information.

The project summary should be sent by August 15, 2020, to the e-mail conference.asap2020@gmail.com. The guidelines for the presentation at the 1st International Showcase of Social Impact Projects will be informed soon.
The conference will be held virtually by the Zoom Platform, from 12 to 15 November 2020. The presentations of the 1st International Showcase will take place throughout the period of the conference, with a date to be defined.

PUBLICATION OF THE PROJECTS RESULTS - CATALOG OF PROJECTS
In order to encourage a solid networking of academics that promote Social Impact projects, the event shall also develop a catalog of projects, where the Social Impact Project banners will be published and available for checking. The catalog of projects aims to:

Show the main actions and results that academics — researchers and professors — have reached until the present year

Present the project’s main impact for social issues in future — in short and long terms
3
Invite new academics interested to cooperate and take part in these projects
4
Create an academic network with common interests to develop new research
5
Approach the network of Universities and Research Centers to people and communities in order to transform theoretical studies in practical actions
